Marquis Test Brown?

Hey my buddy tested some rolls the other day and this is what he got:

Drop of Marquis, instantly dark brown lines started appearing in the clear liquid. In about 10 seconds it started turning black and then slowly went to dark purple, taking about a minute to turn completely dark purple/black.

What do you think the contents of the pill are?

i would guess mdma cut with amphetamine or methamphetamine - the speed makes it go orange and when that mixes with the purple from the mdma you get brown. probably not a lot of mdma if it took that long to turn purple.

i think i remember hearing marquis turns dark red or brown for diphenhydramine

hmmm, really? I was thinking it might be amp/meth, but the thing is, we tried em and I didn't feel tweaked at ALL. In fact, if ANYTHING I felt more down than usual. Maybe it is diphenhydramine *shrug*. I was also thinking it might be MDMB because it took a long time to come up, and was milder than I thought it would be.
