I'm living in Taiwan right now, a country which has very unpleasant drug laws. (I've been told that smuggling marijuana is a death penalty offence.)
However, the ecstasy usage here is fairly open and rampant in clubs. I was considering buying a testing kit, but as it has to go through the postal system here i was a little worried about legality and the possibility of having to deal with the authorities wondering why i wa ordering an ecstasy testing kit.
I am aware that people always ask about how legal it is to order one, but im curious about taiwan in particular. does anyone have first hand experience or empirical fact about the law here?
I would ask someone who uses here, but I SERIOUSLY doubt anyone tests here. I haven't had first hand experience with the drug scene yet, but a friend who has described how the dealer produced a bag of pills about the size of three fists full of random assorted pills and simply told them to "take one."
