I have had a psychotic episode while under the influence of cannabis (but ended up mearly dancing like a mad man in an extremely inappropriate situation!). It was my second or third time trying it, and something just 'snapped'. I can understand how this sort of thing could happen (although it's an extremely unlikely thing to happen).
 
He cut their heads off cuz they wouldn't stop smoking his shit... the other day I cut my girlfriends arms off for stealing my smack
