Aurora Borealis & Quality Herb-never seen before and quite experienced- God's Light
Last night, a friend and I were chillin in our mountain town smoking some trinity outdoor and a homecross blueberryxsnowxtrinity for hours on end.... I decided to make my way home and turn on the college radio station in our town which was playing some particularly psychedelic electronic music and eventually the Dj announced that that night, the best display of the aurora borealis in our area in 15 years was occuring. I parked my car and got out, and for the first time saw what the native american's must have thought was God's war and what I knew to be mother nature's greatest natural wonder
I decided to drive out of town to a local state park for a better view....
1:15 Arrive at state park, following another car closely....heh, I bet he thinks I'm a cop, and I'm glad he's not behind me or I'd probly be freakin... pull into the parkin lot, get out and lay down looking up...after about 5 minutes of what I considered a somewhat mediocore spectacle, I decided to drive further to find an unobscured view. I had the notion that this musn't be all they were talking about in my astronomy classes
1:25- I'm driving along and arrive at a particularly clear spot in the road, and slow to look above me. What I saw shocked me. Above me were what looked like irridescent drapes of red and green light. I stopped my car and got out to walk a ways to a bigger clearing. Upon arriving at the clearing, I was treated to a truly mystical display. Above me were the sames drapes as previously states, but from my new perspective the two colors were equally divided between the eastern and western half of the sky. Above these shimmering beams of color there were pulses of red blue and green light that echoed through the somewhat misty sky all above me and illuminating the ground around me in multicolor hues, and these pulses move to the rythym that the sun sets days ago....Needless to say, I am awestruck at these ever blossoming sights above me....
1:45- still gazing (more like gawking) at the sky above me, I hear a tree branch snap and soon after a large hooved animal started moving towars me from about 100 feet away.... I hooved it myself back to my car, being chased by this either elk, deer, or moose, I didn't even remember why I had came when I arrived at my car....
I drove back to my home and stared at the still brilliant but dimmed by city lights light northern lights and felt somewhat thankful for being alive to experience such a truly mystical, natural, and overwhelming display....
and went to sleep...wonder if they're out tonight?
