Marijuana Is The Most Insidious Drug There Is

nah, it makes perfect sense. sometimes it's hard for people to break out of a certain mindset, though.

heres what i would do. put weed in their food. then give them a complete bunk pill (sugar pill?). tell them its ecstasy. then when they get high off the weed, they'll think its the "ecstasy." after they have a fun time, tell them it was weed. 8)%)

i know wat you mean
when ever a friend tells me im addicted and i always refuse
but every weekend il be smoking it and cant imagine why i should stop

I will never quit weed alltogether, i take breaks now and again but there is no reason at all why i would never use it again. Even if i had to stop smoking for some reason i would still just eat it or vape it.

I don't know about you, but I dont know anybody that has smoked marijuana for a significant amount of time that has ever been able to quit

c'mon now...

it's not like it's an opiate. :)

people who have been smoking for a long time quit every day.

it's not hard to do.

i wouldn't even apply the word 'able' to it. being able to quit smoking pot is as easy as putting it down.

my advice is - if you're not enjoying getting stoned and smoking pot then stop for a while. it will show you how easy it is to do and you'll be able to get out of the head space that makes you feel as if it's something that's in control of you.

1)when i say quit, i mean quit for the rest of their life. any pothead can take 'breakes', but can you stay off of weed for the rest of your life?

2) You either haven't read anything I wrote, or at least havent processed anything I wrote. I said I just came off a 2 month break, and now i am back smoking again because there isnt any reason to quit in the first place

Praise the Emerald Entheogen

with other drugs (heroin, cocaine, meth, etc.) there are immediate health risks, physical deterioration, and possible death by way of overdose or other complications, that will make the user want to stop. With weed, there are none of these concerns. There is no real reason to ever quit weed. To take breaks, sure, but to quit for life? Why? unless you're being randomly drug-tested there's no reason to. And thats how it gets you. I'm not bashing weed, I LOVE IT, but after a 2-month break of seriously trying to quit i'm back smoking it everyday, and i notice my quality of life has drastically improved.
So why call it incedious? Sound like you really want to quite. Which you could and probally will if really want to. Cannabis should be praised as gift from the God for the unique qualities that you stated and many other you did not talk about. Instead assholes wage war on it and create real problems to prove their way is right.

yes

it's easy

i think you're giving it too much power.

just my opinion though.

for me, quitting coffee is harder than stopping pot.
