Marijuana drug interactions?

I'm not sure if this is in the right section but here goes.

I noticed that with almost every drug, people eventually tend to combine it with marijuana with no ill effects, just adding a little trippyness to your trip. Alot of my friends drink and smoke, pop E then smoke, and so on. But are there any drugs that will have adverse reactions to marijuana?

I like MJ and Adderall (or other dextroamphetamine containing pharms) together, but they do both increase heart rate, both dry the mouth, and both can contribute to paranoia in the wrong setting or mindset.

Yeah IMO weed hasn't mixed negatively with anything. Love weed and bk-MDMA or mephedrone or 4-FA, weed and stims puts me in this zone, I'm like an intellectual machine gun lol

weed goes with most everything most of the time. Though chuckin stims (especially speed) into the mix can lead to some serious paranoia. Think sat smoking bong looking out window every 5 minutes for about 3 days...heh.
