Hey everyone, had a question about your hunger while not high.
I've noticed a good portion of really heavy smokers are skinny, maybe that is just around my area, perhaps. I notice when I don't smoke at all during the day, my appetite will be pretty suppressed. When I take 4-5 days off from smoking, I start to get naturally hungry again. I haven't really researched it, but it could possibly make sense that if the person is a heavy smoker, maybe their body eventually adapts and will offset their natural hunger while not high?
With alot of prescription drugs, the brain eventually adapts to the drug over time, and may become reliant on taking it just to get back to square 1 (before they started taking the drug in the first place). Maybe the body eventually tries to compensate for the appetite stimulation (from the weed) by lowering the natural appetite because the person is on a routine of smoking?
Sorry for all of the typing, it's just difficult to explain what I'm trying to say lol. I dunno, just something that I noticed. It would make sense, considering your body adapts to prescription drugs, possibly the same rules would apply to cannabis?
Peace
What I'm basically getting at is, I wonder if the appetite suppression goes further than just psychological. Maybe my body is slightly reliant on needing cannabis to eat?
