No, honestly it isn't if you would read. I didn't listen to her but by chance, sitting in a cell my guy had "Emancipation of Mimi", and it stuck on me very much. People just hate anything popular, she's had two albums sell more than 10,000,000 units a piece, obviously quite a bit of fans, quite many of them MALES. Nothing wrong with a good love song or ballad and she does them best as well as hip-hop cameos.
