I just read Floyd Mayweather Jr's Wikipedia page. Why is Manny Pacquiao reluctant to be drug tested before fighting him?

^From what I understand, he doesn't want to give blood right before the match. Manny agreed to do it some time before the match but not right before. I'm not saying this makes perfect sense, I really don't know too much about boxing on this level though.

Boxing throughout the world has only ever required urine testing before and after bouts. The blood testing is only an Olympic standard. By calling out Manny as a cheat he is pretty much accusing every current world champ as a drug cheat.

As much as I would love to see a fight between these two, the longer it goes on the more Mayweather has to lose. Currently he is undefeated and becoming less battle hardened as each month passes.
