Man tased 19 times and dies, jury finds force not excessive

wow what has this world come to? im 16, I wonder what the future holds for me...


this is like that priest that got tased at the boarder except he didnt die... this is unbelievable, do people not care about how much 1 deaths affects a whole group of people? family, friends, etc... its sad really, no wonder anti-deppressants are at a all time high...
