Man Steals Pharmacy Drugs After Hiding In Ceiling
Denver Police Say Burglar Caught On Tape
3 Pharmacies In Grocery Stories Hit

(AP) DENVER Denver police say a very patient burglar has stolen narcotics from three pharmacies by walking in during business hours, climbing into the space above the ceiling and hiding there for at least 8 hours until the store closes.

All three pharmacies are in grocery stores. Investigators say the man climbed through the ceiling in a restroom in at least two of them.

The burglaries have been caught on surveillance cameras but the suspect is wearing a baseball cap that partly obscures his face.

Police say the man picks and chooses among the prescription drugs for the ones he wants.

The most recent burglary was Thursday. The other two were on July 27 and Aug. 24.

Jolly good, well played, etc. I don't have a very high regard for thieves, but this guy deserves to get away with it. I can only imagine having a pharmacy to myself. :!
 
totally awesome - can't believe i never thought of that. he is probably just smart 'nuff to lay low now and not get caught. more power to the "Lurker Above".

What if stores start doing ceiling checks?
