Somewhere, in a sparesely populated galaxy...
...there is a planet like any other.
The creatures of this world have four limbs.
The two lower limbs enable them to move forward and backward...
...and the two upper limbs enable them to kill.
Man. Principal resource: death.
He lives by it, he even dies by it.
He starts training at an early age.
In general, he's stubborn but gifted.
And almost immediately he puts his training into practice.

When the man dies, he lights a fire.
And then, dazed, he looks around...
...he meditates, he regrets.
It is not enough to accumulate the dead...
...one must know how to honor them.
Man is, in fact, not only respectful...
...but also respectable.
He takes his hat off, he salutes, he marches...
...he gives to the dead...
...he lends to the living.
Strangely enough, some people always remain alive in the end.
Some have to be able to start again.

And what else is there for this future cadaver to do? Give him oblivion.
...thus leisure activities.
And what does man do when he isnt killing other men?
He kills what resmembles himself the most.
Man thinks, thus he lives--well.
He kills everything which bites, kicks, charges, and snorts.
In other words, everything aggressive.
He is hailed when victorious, mourned when defeated.
Between wars, between hunting, there is dead time.
One fills the time as best he can.
Hastily, as a humble handyman.

"Oh my God, my wife, my husband, my cousin, my guest!"
They use every excuse to take any chance on it.
Every man for himself, and headlines for everybody.
Crime might not pay, but it does bring in the money.
Sometimes it also gets us into trouble.
One must take care of the details, focus on the big picture.
And forget the craft.
The 3rd man, the 4rth arm of the living beheaded, the 7th victim...
The 13th crime of the sadist, the 42nd hearded man.

Even if man cominues to commit crimes, justice will prevail.
The killers judge the killers.
And the dead rise to offer their executioners' heads...
To other executioners.
The world is in fact a vicious circle
