Man exacts revenge on thief who stole his marijuana

they should have blown his fucken head off right when they had the chance. ive had something like this happen to me just recently
 
i would of just taken most of my shit out of my house leave a little for them to steal then follow them back to where ever they go and then have a full blown assault on that house or fire bomb it.
 
The cops should have left saying, "I see you boys aren't done with your fun yet. We'll come back later."

Or the cops could have set up a stake out. When the kid's friends started bringing back the plants the cops could have arrested each one for receiving stolen goods.

From what I gather they didn't tell the cops they stole the plants, so it looks like they kept them.

Nah that's really pretty amateurish. You have to make your threats realistic and then follow through with them. For instance, saying "I'm gunna break your fucken arm," and then proceeding to break their arm, is a much more effective strategy than making more inventive or gruesome threats that you can't effectively follow through with immediately.
 
Not if his mates are going to call the cops, they should have dislocated a few of his fingers untill he told them where the stolen drugs were. Then and only then can they order a pizza.
 
what they should have done was just beat the fucker senseless and let him go.

by taking him back inside and duct taping him they just got themselves wrapped up in a kidnapping charge.

you can't take ppl into your house and duct tape them....the cops call that kidnapping. or the milder version is criminal confinement.

but, by just beating him badly and letting him go they wouldn't have been charged at all.

they could have shown the cops the guys' gun and said "he attempted to rob me at gunpoint.....here's his gun".

but no....they wanted to be all gangster, so now they're facing 5-10 in the pen.

and to all you wanna be gansters who say "they should have blown his head off blah blah blah"....they'd now be facing murder charges.

remember his friends knew where the guy lived.
 
i wonder if the police know everyone who has the least bit of knowledge as to the medical potential behind THC look down on them for blinding following orders & continuing to help kill many good hearted people suffering from diseases like cancer.

Pseudoephedrine is illegal here now, so we just have Mexican meth and legions of felon tweakers looking for crime everywhere they go ..

Our Legislature is talking of making Medical Cannabis a closed State-run Operation.
Obama's new policy should play to that ..
 
i'm surprised at the lack of attention to physical security in so many of these cases.

I suppose for a personal grow of 4 plants or so it'd be difficult to secure, but if you have a large commercial grow op, you should also have a vault door and concrete egress walls.

I don't grow (shitty state), but I do keep my meds in a large national safe with my guns, the whole shebang anchored into the concrete, armed with relockers, etc.

At a bare minimum get a sentry safe and some 8 inch lag screws!!11

Oh, and of course a couple readily accessible firearms out when you're home. Remington 870 and legal semi-auto Kalashnikov with 40+ round mags would be a good start. Sucks that's how it has to be but people are assholes

Of course, the greatest ROI for being quiet is your best strategy of all
 
Last year a legit grow-op next to an elementary school got burg'd, and it made the press pretty big.
The card-holding grower(s) ultimately got charged with manu/deliver for supposedly having illegal hash.

The grand jury no-billed the indictment. Seems like that never happens ..
Always get a jury :)
 
Total amatures. If they knew that these stupid fuckers were coming back to nab more plants why not let them and just follow them back to where they took the first stash. Then its just clean up and go home.

That's some typical Millwaukee shit. When I lived in WI I'd kick it in Chicago or the twin cities, but I stayed the fuck out of Millwaukee. Stupid shit goes down there.
