So I've been reading that chelated magnesium/glycinate can stop/help reduce gurning (jaw clenching) while rolling. I saw the "Solgar Chelated Magnesium" on Holland and Barrett online but when I went in store they didn't have it. The only thing they had were the oxides and citrates... and magnesium biglycinate (chelate).

I decided to buy the bi as I I've heard the others don't work that well and have more laxative effects.

I was wondering if the bi will be equally as good as the just chelated magnesium glycinate? any difference? Does anyone have any experience with these?

bisglycinate means that there are two molecules of glycine instead of just one.

Both are fine, glycine is a very useful and healthy supplement. It has beneficial properties.
