Magic mushroom grow kit

If someone (hypothetically, of course) who had never grown before wanted to start out growing shrooms, what grow kit would you recommend using? Preferably one that can be shipped to the UK... also, what would be a good book to learn about the basics of growing and how to get the most out of the spores you buy?
