these are lyrics to a song i recently wrote, so keep that in mind..as they may not exactly be poetry to your ears

i like it :)

are you actually a musician *too* ...have you written the music side of this (i ask because i used to write lots of song lyrics, but only ever had a vague tune in my head, because i've had no music training or anything).

i like "i was always lost at sea" :)
 
sort of a melancholy folk sound, i usually come up with the accoustic arrangement and then the vocal, i record at home on 8 track

you definately have a talent here,,,,,, they are great lyrics i am impressed !
 
Really great lyrics - are you a Nine Inch Nails fan by any chance?
The reason I ask is because the lyrics seems somewhat inspired by them (to me, anyway) - has that sort of vibe.
I would like to hear this as a song.
