Lyrica and Valerian Root

It's not often I write in this subforum but I'm intrigued by the idea of taking a quite high dose of Valerian Root while I'm on Lyrica. I've taken 1800 mg Lyrica and feeling great, but I just want to know if there's any contraindication between Lyrica and Valerian Root. I don't think it should be any problem to take Valerian Root (to get an even more relaxed state) but I just want to be sure.
 
i doubt there will be a problem with taking the two. you will just feel more relaxed, valerian root doesn't seem to do much for me, i have tried the combo before of valerian and pregabalin (but a much lower pregab dose) and it didn't really do much for me.
 
You should be fine. Maybe for your first try be home and on a couch or something, certainly don't drive.
