Benzos Lunesta in food

I am horrible at taking pills, most of my meds I put into some food or another and take them that way. I can usually make it taste edible. But lunesta... I can't even make it taste edible in pure maple syrup...

any suggestions? anything would be appreciated.

Could you parachute it? break it up and wrap it in tissue and try swallow the tissue, if its too much you can do it in small amounts.

I may try that, I think it would be similar to taking a pill though.

Why not just put it in some yogurt (prefferably greek if you like it) and mix it around so you do'nt know where the pill is a just swallow all of the yogurt? Yogurt doesn't really require any chewing, so in theory you wouldn't even notice the pill.
