I also took 2400mg of gabapentin. And still, no real sleep. I'm a medical mystery and I do not want to be. I've considered cutting off a piece of my toe to go under general anethesia. Any ideas? My best are buy dmt and break through so hard I'm out of my consciousness, hire someone to choke me out, or try to hyper ventilate then stand up quickly and blow in my hand to force a pass out.

I'm going through something similar right now but can't get a prescription to save my life and my specialist appointment is far away. It's hell.

The first time you took Lunesta it was 58mg? That equals 20qty Lunesta 3mg tablets or Valium 200mg in one sitting. Valium 200mg equals Xanax 20mg.

You must abuse benzos heavily to be able to take Lunesta 58mg...

Not many patients are prescribed Lunesta 6mg daily or 3mg 60qty for the first prescription and few doctors would establish this risk at maxing out the Lunesta dosage immediately. The recommended maximum daily dosage for Lunesta is 3mg and the starting dosage is 1mg-3mg daily.

Something about this thread does not add up. Maybe you smoke a fews grams of meth a day or shoot an 8-ball of cocaine in 36hrs then abuse benzos or Z-drugs to come down.

Good luck with all of this. You are the first person in history to only get 4hrs of sleep from Lunesta 58mg. It sounds like you should be prescribed a high dose of Rohypnol and Klonopin or a stint in rehab would do you justice to reduce your tolerance & dependency.

What makes you believe you’re a medical mystery?

That I could take that amount of lunesta and not sleep. I could tell you but theres no point, no one either believes or acknowledges me, but my dad broke my brain down to be easily controlled for years and now my ex friends and ex gf sister have control over my brain. My dad did this for years, and now they're using it to torture me

Is that sarcasm? I'm serious, this happened

That’s 145mg of zopiclone

You are in fact a medical mystery.

I hope things get better for you. Please take care
❤️
It's not what I want and it's not gonna end the way I want (hence the name)... do you know how I can get alcohol detox drugs at home tomorrow? I'm now an alcoholic..

You didn't answer his question. These are UNREAL dosages without tolerance. And believe me, I get anxiety-induced mind-racing insomnia. I go through it a week at a time usually about once every 3 months. We need more info that is not only serious, but also honest. We can probably help you.

I am not a doctor but it seems Rohypnol seems to be the "end boss" to insomnia treatment secondary to pentobarbital aka "the shit killed the end boss."

If your doctor prescribed you the Lunesta, you will be fucked sleep wise until the Rx supply is supposed to end. It will be hard to explain that Lunesta does not work because I took 20qty Lunesta 3mg tablets in one sitting. You will never get another Rx from that doctor and "abuse/seeking" will be noted in your medical records.

They only way to do this is step therapy by waiting until the Lunesta supply ends. Then mention that Lunesta is not working. Do not say," I took 2-3 more Lunesta prescribed daily and it didn't make me sleep."

Yeah, well I used to buy giant glass bottles of the real end boss and all it did after a little while was make me retarded and not sleep. Even that is not the answer, at least not for long. The "answer" is never for long. The answer is medical care and fixing the problems with your thinking. And it's not easy. Also, melatonin 0.3mg actually helped me remarkably drop into REM and get me comfortable to sleep, as silly as that sounds. Retarded 10mg extended-release melatonin were the devil and left me borderline incapable of working the next day. Not a solution for most true insomniacs, but if you can work your head and use it to your advantage, it may help... I didn't think it would.

Facts right here. The medication rabbit hole can work against a patient. The best way to get sleep is to stay busy all day long mentally and physically and then work on thinking differently like you mentioned.

Clonidine, Vistaril PAM, and Lunesta have been working for many years consistently. Clonidine is one of the drugs the body never builds a tolerance to. I have been on it for going on 25 years now. Lunesta for the past 3 years. Vistaril PAM for 1 year now. They all seem to be strong good long-term medications for insomnia.

The issue with benzos for sleep is a tolerance and dependence builds rapidly and does not reset with tapering. Even when a default gap, it seems the brain does not forget where it left off. This could very well be that GABA receptors take a long time to reset and some patients depending on dosage & duration of treatment (or abuse) report having a difficult time re-entering benzo treatment.
