LSD trip that lasts "4-5 hours"

Recently, someone I know said that he knows someone that has hits of "strong" acid that lasts 4-5 hours. Is it fake? Because as far as I know it lasts 8-12 hours. What could it be other than real acid.
 
He could just be talking about the main effects, but acid doesnt start to fade for me until like 6 hours atleast, usually like 7-8 hours till I start to come down

probably fake, but we dont know what it is. An RC is your best bet, probably some kind of 2Cx or NBOMe

If its on a blotter it could be an NBOMe but like I said, we don't know for sure.
 
I was thinking that too about the main effects. And it was priced double the amount of a regular hit. So it seems somewhat sketchy.

Doesn't DOC last longer? I never had any so from what I have heard, it lasts longer.

Yeah blotter, I'm just looking for some ideas on what it could be.
 
DOC certainly lasts longer, and you wont get 2Cx on blotters.
DOC blotters, at least the ones i had, taste like pool chemicals, and reek of chemicals, nasty nasty taste/smell even...
 
If it really seems like lsd but with a shorter duration maybe it could be a different lysergamide with a shorter duration.
 
The stronger the Acid, the longer it's effects. I'd immediately write it off as an RC if my supplier told me it lasts 4-5 hours. If he means the peak, okay that makes more sense. But good acid lasts at least 8 hours, IME.
 
If the total duration is that short, like people said, it's not LSD (unless perhaps he was referring to the peak level effects). We're not here to speculate what drug it may or not be, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to lock this.
