LSD Tolerance?

So, I'm relatively new to psychedelics, and brand new to bluelight. I have, in the past, and in this order, taken:

2 hits LSD (blotter) first trip.
2 grams of shrooms
6 grams of shrooms
3 hits LSD (blotter)
4 hits LSD (blotter)
1.5 hits LSD (Printed paper)
.03 DMT (smoked)

Last night, I decided to take a small piece of the blotter I had. It was a little extra piece he had given me separate of what I bought (don't you love generous dealers?). I took that piece, about a half a tabs worth, and then an hour or 2 later I took about a half of another tab. Great body high, music appreciation and insight, but no real trip, which is exactly what I was going for.

However today I find myself with no work for the 1st time in 2 weeks and the last time for another 3. We have plans to hang by the pool today, smoke some pot and relax, and I originally bought the LSD for today, as I have never tripped during any daylight, and this was my spring break plan. I have probably 2.5 hits left.

My question is, If I take what is left today, will the tolerance (although small, at max I took 80-100 mcg last night) will I be able to actually trip? Or will I just repeat the body high?

Thank you!

You can't really take a psychedelic two days in a row and get good effects off of it, sad to say. LSD has a very strong short term tolerance, so you pretty much have to wait a week between trips to get the full effects.

This is pretty much true of all typical* psychedelics, cross-tolerance between different psychedelics is generally strong.

*typical being the serotonergic psychedelics, as opposed to dissociatives like k/dxm/etc and other things that are sometimes classified as psychedelics.

Welcome to Bluelight! It is really best to wait between trips to allow yourself to integrate the experience. Touch baseline again, your feet on the ground again just as a reality-check. IMO thats just good practice and it not only negates tolerance but also should keep it interesting much longer.
