LSD stays in spine: Fact or Myth?

Sorry if this is already a thread,
but I wanted some opinions (or facts) proving or disproving the idea that LSD is stored in your spine and can, er, seep out and kind of cause effects of being on acid?
It makes me kind of nervous...

100% myth. LSD is out of your system within 72 hours after dosing.

This whole "LSD stays in your spine and can cause you to have flashbacks if you crack your back" is purely D.A.R.E. class nonsense.
