Charlie i was in the same boat as you and had some past issues i thought would come up. In the end i am glad Lsd helped me get through the past and see myself for myself, something i had lost some 6 years ago. If it wasn't for lsd i would be continuing my day to day pot use for more years to come (12 years). Thankfully my partner was with me and helped guide me through my past and helped me realize the important things in life. I can honestly say don't take more than your comfortable with. like others suggest take 1/4 or a 1/2 the first time to gauge the strength of what you have because it will help you grasp somewhat more of control rather than loss of control and a bad trip.
