Hi, welcome to BL / PD 
There are not many things that make a source really reliable. Analysis in lab or at the very least via reagent tests that is what helps identify what you took.
We can go on to speculate about what the thickness of the blotter could mean, mostly that was on the blotter had a somewhat higher than microgram range potency...
but actually we have a rule about 'what did I take?' threads (plz read the rules), since we couldn't possibly identify for you what you have if you can't even do that yourself. There is no analysis possible via the internet.
Speculation based on superficial properties can easily create misinformation. Do not infer things based on appearance related qualities.
