LSD (Golden Dragon print) - experienced amature (4th time) - first day to night trip

Great report, sounds like it was a fun old trip.

Especially those wierd fucked up clouds. Well they'r not really that fucked up but i'm fucked up now, stoned as.
 
Drugs and driving = bad. But then again, drugs = bad...but fun. So, being drugged and driving should = fun too, right? right.

But the difference is, when you're behind the wheel on drugs, you're putting OTHER people's lives in danger.
 
I dont see why you guys are getting all in a stink over driving while on a substance. If you are able to drive, then youre able to drive, regardless of whether you are high or not.

I have driven on acid and mushrooms. I would not advocate such an action unless you know yourself well enough to be able to make the call that you are safe to drive. Even though i have driven on those substances, there have been more times where i refused to drive.

You just have to make the call based on the situation. You cant make an unconditional judgement call regarding drugs, or anything for that matter.

Thats just my opinion. If you can drive, then drive. If not, then dont. It all depends on the situation.
 
Now its been four years since I had real LSD, but there were times I did drive, but they were relatively low doses.

Now i'm not saying its 'good' to drive while tripping, but as I remember LSD, LOW doses (where your not really 'tripping') actually seemed to improve focus.

Also I find it strange that some people who are so against driving on psychedelic drugs, will say ohhh but, driving on weed is OK. If i'm just a little stoned, its fine, but if i'm more than just a little stoned, it does impair me. Weed is a psychedelic drug too..

Exactly. The same thing applies for Santana and other musicians taking LSD before concerts which made them play better. The concentration levels are enhanced a great deal, same rule applies for driving too.
 
i think the drugs make u feel more focused and like u are driving well, but would u be willing to risk ur life on a feeling that u get from an illegal drug?
Sure u may not crash this time or the next. But if any emergency situation arises and u were on drugs, and u reacted a split second later... the consequences could be very different.
Lol this coming from a guy who drove on a comedown from MDMA this morning shit....
It was my first time (driving unsober) and i had to get from A - B.
