hi everyone. almost a year ago i saw in a documentary on migraines and. cluster headaches, that LSD prevents them. Ironically, i tried LSD twice last year, and didnt get a migraine until a good 8-10 months later(whereas i usually get one every month or two). Im thinking about using LSA (from blue morning glory seeds) but will that be as efficient as LSD? I dont want to buy lsd because i dont trust people, and my two times that i tried it, was very weak. I barely felt anything even after smoking weed. Sorry if i posted in the wrong place but i think i posted in the right place LOL. any help would be appreciated.

P.S if anyone here suffers from migraines, what do you do to ease the pain or shorten the length of the migraine? I find smoking weed helps a lot after a hot shower with a cold rag on my head.

I have read that LSD has been studied as a treatment for cluster headaches, but personally I've found most psychedelics to cause migraine headaches for me personally. Some people have luck with triptans or preventative medications. For me and many others I know, I find that the best prevention comes from avoiding wheat, drinking lots of water, and avoiding triggering foods/substances/environments (the specifics are different for everyone, mine include fluorescent lights and artificial sweeteners among many other things). A lot of people don't want to bother trying this because it's takes effort and involves a diet/lifestyle change, but it does really work for a lot of people. If I do get a migraine, the best treatment for me is drinking 3 glasses of water, taking 4 extra-strength Advil Liqui-Gels (or similar generic), putting camphor and mint on my head, and maybe a cool damp cloth, and lying in a dark room. This may sound too simple, but I've tried almost everything else and I don't find any other painkillers to work for me.

You could always try and see whether the LSA is of any help. There's no way to really know in advance whether or not it will be helpful for you personally. It should work as well as LSD as far as I've read. They are both vasoconstrictors. But you might be also be like me and other migraine sufferers I know or have heard of who get headaches from taking LSD/LSA. No way to predict.

i get migraines with aura. I tripped on some good WoW about two months ago and had one last week. I hadn't had a migrane in almost a year and a half.

Personally, I get them from pretty obvious triggers: Caffeine, exhaustion, and over exertion, especially when combined

Artificial sweeteners...i always drink coffee at work with those so maybe it had a role. My migraines start with an aura also with tunnel vision, extreme confusion (even simple words such as "help" are a pain in the ass to type/spell), and numbing of face and hands. Then the nasty ride starts. Usually my migraines were from alcohol. i used to drink a lot of Four Loko and Joose (figures).

I do the sAme methods as u. Dark, quiet room. A few pills (if im lucky to have scored some norcos or xannies, i much prefer these). My mom cuts potato into a couple flat pieces and wraps them onto my forehead tightly with a cloth (works wonders. Kind of gets a hold on the pain). Another thing i do is Sour cream and water mix: U chug it down, and it also relieves a bit. Usually i do that so when time comes to puke my brains out, ill have something in my stomache to throw away.

And as far as LSD working for some an notfor others, i guess im one of the lucky ones. Its helped me and im planning on using it more often (maybe once every 2 months or so).
