Well, it was one of those nights. A friend dropped by my crib and asked if I wanted to dose tonight. I said, "ya, dude..after work."
So, there it was. We had plan. He wanted to take it then, so we drove to this guy's house, and he had 4 hits dropped on his tongue. I then went to work and he stayed there for a while.
After work, I called him up and we went back to the dealer's house. I wanted to really trip this time, so I bought 5 hits....the friend that I was with bought another two hits...and we left to begin our adventure. We came back to my house and just sat down in my room and loaded bowl after bowl. I started to come up a bit, noticing all kinds of things that I usually wouldn't. I got the typical body high. Etc. I figured this was going to be one of those "eh, I dropped...but I can still function in society without any problems" kind of trips. Little did I know, within the next hour, I would lose my mind, touch another reality, and then snap back into what I'd like to call 'the rest of my life.' The whole night, I noticed that my usually talkative/crazy friends was rather silent. I was like "man, he must be tri-tri-trippin hard." About an hour or so into the trip, I felt my mind starting to unravel...crazy enough, I felt it spiralling to the beat of the music. I was tripping pretty hard only an hour into it. The visuals were undescribeable. I felt like I was in a cartoon. Thoughts were racing 10000 mph. I couldn't tell if I was speaking outloud or to myself. I couldn't tell if I liked this feeling or not. It was madness. We finally decided to leave the house at around 3.5 hours, because this trip was becoming overly intense....and a little breather would be nice.
As soon as we stepped outside, I felt a cold rush of energy. I was ready to do something, now. My thoughts were instantly gathered, and, for a second, I felt sane. I looked up at the sky, an intense glowing dark blue. The most vivid coloring I had ever seen in my life. I looked down at the grass, growing towards me...a beautiful dark blue as well, (it was night, of course.) I decided that this experience would be better if I took my shoes off. He did so as well. As we were walking, I started to think about all of the things that were going on beneath my feet as we were walking. This sent me into an alternate exsistance. The thousands of processes that commense while you're simply walking down the street is mind blowning. Senses sending signals, pieces of dust being moved, weight being adjusted....it was crazy. All of the sudden, my phone started to ring....it was another friend of mine (let's call him B...original guy is now obviously, A). B wants to know what we're doing and if we wanted to chill with him. We decided that it would be fun to see what he was up to and to take a quick drive. Myself and A walked back to my car, and got in. By now, time is only a measurement...and I could care less about what is being measured.
We arrive at B's house and I turn to A and ask...."dude, how the fuck did we get here?" A replies "dude, you got me....awesome" After this, I decide that we should no longer drive. We ring B's doorbell and he answers the door. Unaware that we are already tripping, B offers us a couple of free hits. "Awesome, I think to myself....more can't hurt" So, I drop two more and A sits on his current mental state....no more for him. We put on some music (The Chemical Brothers...perfect, eh?) and go back to the 'insanity' mindset we had when we were sitting at my place. It's just so fun to self-induce insanity, isn't it? By this time, the visuals are kind of fading, but my mind is still racing....A now had to leave as it was almost dawn. I decided that I should get going, too...perhaps get some shut-eye. I take A back to his car, as we're now in a controllable trip, and then I go back to my house. I put on some Blur and talked to a few friends that still happened to be awake, and then I lied down in my bed, hoping to fall asleep. Well, the sleep didn't come for another 2 hours...and my mind was still racing the entire time it took. I got only a few hours of sleep, but felt completely refreshed. It was a crazy night, I learned a lot, and I probably won't be dropping again for a while.
