LSD cut with water?!

Greetings all.
A friend of mine (not myself obviously) has found himself in a bit of a bind, and would appreciate some knowledgeable advice.

Anybody that has done his or her homework, will know that Liquid lsd is simply the crystal dissolved in alcohol. usually ethyl.
Alcohol has a very low freezing point,
After purchasing a large amount of liquid, and placing it in the freezer (as per usual) only to find that the liquid is frozen a half hour later. Which could only lead my friend to believe that some under educated fool decided to cut it with water.
Now, as far as i understand, this is Very Bad.
Exposing such a delicate molecule to oxygen is a no no.
Supposedly it has detrimental long term effects.

My question to you lovely people is this:
Can my friend still salvage what is left of this magical substance?
Would laying it all out on paper save it from further deterioration?

Thanks Much

UPDATE:

LSD positive.

Should He be worried about it degrading over a short period of time due to the water?

Jesus, im sorry to hear that has happened.

Did you sample the liquid to make sure it was in fact liquid LSD, and not some fool ripping you off with straight liquid.

Usually the people with access to crystal, are VERY educated on the substance. They know what there doing and dont mess around.

NEVER buy LSD off of someone that is not trust worthy.

Its being sampled as we speak.
gotten from a regular business associate whom has many sources.
and i agree that anyone with access to crystal should know better. but sometimes the people who's hands it passes through are not so smart.

I've seen multiple people with LSD in those little mint bottles, very popular in some circles, I'm wondering why and how that came to be... especially if L is so unstable... usually still taste the mint, dunno if they leave the mint in there to cut it, or if its emptied all the way first..

I once got some liquid LSD and decided to cut it with water on purpose, in order to be able to control subtler variations of dosage range (one drop was a strong trip, but I wanted to be able to have low-dose experiences).
I had never heard that it could be a bad idea.
I cut it with water to 1/8 potency.
I used the vial slowly over a year or so, and never noticed any lessening of potency.
Even later, after I dried the last 30 drops on writing paper to take with me to a distant place without being detected, and then waited 6 months to eat the paper (all of it!), I got a full, strong, crazy final trip (as if potency had been fully maintained).

as long as the water is distilled it should be fine.
as far as I know water doesn't decrease potency impurities/cleansers such as chlorine do.

P.S. as you may have noticed (as have I) I say as too often. LOL

H2O won't cause LSD to degrade. However, if it wasn't distilled water, meaning it has chlorine in it, then you're in trouble.
Edit: If you've sampled it already and it's good, then no need to worry about chlorine contamination, either.

people have alot of trouble with liquid lately on this forum and out on the streets, it`s not the 60`s anymore people! buy your LSD on blotters!
