Acid + Bong : first trip, the human statue

Timeframe : 8am Sunday Morning to 2pm.
Drugs : MDMA (5 times) Nitrous (once) Cannabis (first bong) LSD (first)
This is the same weekend as Nickthecheese's, Lucas's, BoppyChick's and Plazma's trip reports.
This is my first such report, so it is a bit dodgy, but if you get something out of it, cool! :)
took 1/2 a trip, same as others, also did a bong.
firstly, nothing happened, went to car, got some clothes for shower, got playdoh, etc... :)
felt a sensation like my skin was emitting waves of heat, as if I could feel the individual waves
of heat like fire over my skin, very hot but not uncomfortable, quite pleasant.
went outside to sit down and talk, started noticing krill's eyes were looking weird, with red lines
around them. i said to krill "you're eyes are looking weird"... then he did a weird look at me... it
freaked me out a bit... i stayed out there a little bit longer and then headed inside.
sat on the bed with everybody else, a bit worried at this stage, as things were looking weird. it
was as if the world took on an artificial look, as if it was being constructed from my mind. colors
were off and people looked as if they were not standing in the right light, also movements from people
appeared to be robotic and framey, and facial expressions went weird on people too. People were
doing nangs, and i sat down to watch. Some of the nang experiences freaked me out a bit, as peoples
reactions to the nangs were very severe. I dunno if this was actual or part of the trip, but it
freaked me out, so i turned and looked away from the group, blocking out any image of the people doing
nangs, as if my brain was creating these images and if i didn't give it any reason to create any images
i would be cool.
I sat in the same place for about 2-3 hours. I looked at the same spot in the room, a wooden bookshelf.
Lots of stuff happened when i was sitting here... people came and left the room, and I could hear talking, but
it was very distant as if it was from somewhere far away. At one stage I could hear music and it sounded all
distorted. It also seemed that anybody who walked near me was as tall as a massive tall building that i could
not see the top of, as if my vision was distorted. Only certain people looked real, most looked distant and
as if they were collections of memories of the people i had seen.
The best part of my trip for sure was the visulization of music i experienced. About halfway through the trip
I began to hear music in my head that i believe I was creating myself. I could also see a frequency spectrum
analysis of the music in my vision, and it either was overlaid or totally occupied my vision as an image. I could
see the music being created before me, and i could also see the individual notes and instruments playing, as if
in a tracker sequence. It was amazing. On top of this, words were appearing out of the wood of the bookshelf,
as if they were rising and being pushed out of the surface itself, they were purple and rounded. This kept
going for about 1.5 hours.
The main reason i was sitting still was because I was unsure of exactly what I was doing. I didn't know if the
images I was seeing were real or created by my mind. This led me to the conclusion that if i sat still i would
get less involved in the trip and therefore be more able to determine if i was in fact in reality or doing other
things. Occasionally i felt that the thoughts of things i could possibly be doing in my head were the things
that I was doing in real life, (eg. my hands got blasts of cold air over them several times, and this led me to
think that I was outside, even though I was sitting on the matress in the lounge). I was not sure which reality
i was actually in, although now i know that i was in the right one after all. Next time i'll be a lot more capable
of exploring my environment, so that's good.
During the trip many people came up to me to check if I was okay. This was good, but sometimes I didn't know if
these people were real or not. I sometimes had to block them out and be very dismissive, as I didn't really want
to accept a reality that i believed wasn't real, else i became immersed in it and accepted it as the true reality,
which i was sure it wasn't. There was one time where Schizo was walking down the hall laughing, then he all of
a sudden stopped laughing and came up to me and said "are you alright?". This was totally weird, because I don't
think he could have done this anyway.
To end my trip was a good experience. Before the trip I had decided to use some playdoh during it, but as the
trip went on i had totally forgotten about this. then at about 1:15pm I remembered the playdoh, and opened my
bag and got it out. As soon as I got the playdoh and touched it, the trip was over and I was back in reality.
WOW!!! the playdoh was my gateway out of the trip. Then I went outside and observed the others tripping still,
which was very funny.
I now know lots more about acid, and the next trip I take will be much better, as I will be able to work with
it in a way where I know i am still around and not in some weird state of dreaming while I am actually doing
totally different things. Looking forward to the next one for sure!!! :)
Cya all... :)
Cohaa.

Dude, I DID come and ask if you were OK.
I was trippin balls but I was still capable of seeing a bad looking situation.
I'll get around to writing up a trip report eventually...

Cohaagen:
For a first time tripper, you seemed to handle yourself very well, and a first time bong hit as well, monumentous!
Its just lucky you didn't get into the nitrous.
As we walked to the shops however, i was interested in the way that you tried to discassociate yourself with the things that you normally have (keys, wallet phone ect), as a sort of "backup" if the trip turned nasty, it seemed to have worked however, with your refrence to the playdoh.
All in all, glad you enjoyed your trip!

it was as if the world took on an artificial look, as if it was being constructed from my mind.
Excellent.
About halfway through the trip I began to hear music in my head that i believe I was creating myself.
That's a phenomenon that far too little has been written about. Does anyone get this when they haven't listened to music for a while ? It's like the brain starts composing music to fill gaps for the normal background tunes that sporadically stick in your mind. Or maybe it's me...
Good report.

...I remembered the playdoh, and opened my
bag and got it out. As soon as I got the playdoh and touched it, the trip was over and I was back in reality.
WOW!!! the playdoh was my gateway out of the trip.
I find this quite interesting. If you could always have a real, physical object, or even an imagined thought that would let you come out of a trip (at least temporarily) it could be really helpful (say, if you though you were about to have a bad trip and wanted to reset, or be in reality for a while.)
Nice report.

Another great trip report! :D Welcome to Bluelight dude. :)
And about your brain making music up, I have had this on acid, shrooms and even marijuana.
I'm not sure if its always the pauses in between sound/music. Because shrooms would just make weird pitch changing music in my head, and acid would make more of a theme music, and marijuana (not often) did it while in the dark, alone outside.
:)
