Does any1 get a tense heart the next day after acid?
It sorta feels like the next day after pills when your chest feels tense.
I think it may be something due to heavy anxiety in the trip I had last night as Ive never had this on previous trips...
a little worrying but just wondering if anyone else gets this tense feeling in the chest.

I noticed quite a heavy body load also, sorta sick in the stomach and alot of trip farts to go along with that hahaha!

if you have high body load and alot of stress it most likely isn't acid.... just sayin...

If they were explosive trip farts they could have damaged your heart when you let rip.

i have often felt a body tightness with acid - my jaw will feel tight - my insides feel squishy.. it can last into the following day.. i think this is normal..

If your paper was not cared for properly (i.e. exposed to heat for too long) it could potentially have broken down to ISO-LSD which has considerably more body load, tightness, etc...

Yes, pure LSD is really really clean on the body but there are plenty of ergoloids that cause vasoconstriction and other loadiness.. Question remains though, in what quantities are those noticeable?
Could be that you are just suffering from anxiety and there could be any number of reasons for that. I have it too, honestly I think it started when I began using K a lot. But GABAergic drug use probably has something to do with it as well. Some people have anxiety naturally. But if it's the day after more than during something else may be up.

Not too long ago I suffered from a panic attack so heavy that I went to the hospital, it was after AcO-DMT with some methylone. Pretty much on the comedown. Stuff like 4-AcO-DMT especially in combination with other factors can cause it but the timeline is a little strange. Just like with you. Just sayin'...

^I've been to hosptal several times from sober panic attacks. Not fun :\

One thing: feelng tense in the chest is generally related to the smaller muscles at the top of the lungs; they get fatigued easly, especally if you are breathing shallowly. Thats one of the main reasons for the suffocating feel of anxiety; hyperventilation, and weary muscles. Deep breathing relaxes them lttle guys :)

For anyone suffering from that I have a piece of advice:

lie down and fold your legs into the lotus position, then fold your arms up holding your head like a pillow point your elbows somewhat up. Then breathe in a relaxed manner. I assume you know about hyperventilation but apparently you have to breath more slowly than what seems normal because you get the false sensation that you need to speed up.

The position makes you breathe from the abdomen so to speak, it forces you to do this making the breaths deep automatically.
