What the hell was the original question?!
All I can comment on, is that bleach should instantly destroy LSD on contact. You can't use tap water because of the chlorine (chlorine, when dissolved in water forms a mixture of hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid, and the hypochlorite ions are what kills germs, by virtue of being oxidizing and chlorinating agents - unsurprisingly, they destroy the fragile LSD molecule).
Bleach is a solution of sodium hypochlorite, at a concentration of, iirc, 5% or so. 10,000 times the EPA limit on drinking water. It will thoroughly destroy LSD.
In fact, i cannot think of any time that LSD and Bleach should be associated in any way, shape or form.
