PRE trip background:
I went into this trip after being stuck in toxic thought cycles not knowing how to stop them. It definitely helped.
THE SET/SETTING:
At home alone (wife at work) on a friday afternoon.
THE TRIP:
I dosed 150 mg of lyrica with the LSD. I don't know if it had much effect vs. only lsd. I usually puss out at some point during the peak of acid and take benzos and opiates to level things out. However I forced myself not to do that this trip and the difference in depth of the trip was drastic.
I won't bore you with the visual descriptions other than one visual where there were chemical equations all over my walls. They didn't make sense they were random.
Spoke with a friend during the peak on the phone for an hour that is highly experienced. He just told me stories of his partying/tripping and kept shooting different music suggestions at me. This really helped me get through the intense portions of the peak.
As I wanted, the LSD blew up my feelings of love for my wife and eliminated whatever barrier I have to showing affection. I couldn't wait for her to get out of work so I could tell her how much I love her. I reflected on how I should try much harder to make her feel loved. I also analyzed a lot about how I come off to people at work. I'm hoping these observations with the marriage and worklife will manifest some changes/improvements.
As the waves of the trip started weaking, each wave of sobriety between the tripping waves felt like what i imagine IM opioids would feel like coming on (combined with lsd of course).
Its currently 12 hours since dosing and I have slight visuals lingering and a nice afterglow, sleep is impossible. I wonder about the actual dosage of these tabs being higher than what I believe. This was 100 ug apparently and I experience very heavy open and closed eye visuals.
