if heard that e absorbs fluid from your back and fucks it up somehow. anyways ive had a pretty sore back for the last 2 weeks. maybe its just how i sit at my desk.... does anyone have a better ides?

that's absolute crap.
alot of people beleive it's because it 'drains your spinal fluid'?? whatever that means.
a sore back is usually because you have been dancing hard for long periods, sitting or lieing in a position too long that would usually be uncomfortable straight or have tense muscles due to the e like a sore jaw for example.
don't let anyone tell you your spinal fluid is drained, it's just crap

People seem to forget how much activity they engage in with a goog in their belly. Lotsa dancing/running around/going on various missions....all done over a fairly long period of time without rest, translates into sore back.....i get it all the time.
Not every side effect of partying is caused by mysterious chemical reactions from drug use.

I think one of the main reasons is: your kidneys take quite a pounding... and you feel it for a few days after. Plus the fact that you dont really feel a great deal whilst chopped (ie: able to walk ouside into 10 degree temps and not feel cold etc)

the best meicine is probably a few weeks off....... sometimes hard to fit into a busy party schedule.
i take 5 htp for my brain, and i find it has much improoved my emotional balance mid-week.

Whatever you do, DON'T take speed/Ds too!! If you do, ya kidneys will be fucked for a few days. I mixed over the weekend and couldn't pee for a couple of days and then it burned!! So I reckon there's nothing you can do for your kidneys.

Insecurity: That's possibly a result of dehydration, which amphetamines are well reknowned for causing. Make sure you drink lots of water to help your kidneys as much as you can, and replace the fluids you lose through perspiration and dehydration due to increased body temperature.

hey i wasnt saying e IS not good for your back, i was asking IF it was. i too have had people tell me that it is, although i have been sceptical at their 'non-medical' opinions.
anyways, the majority seems to think it doesnt. does anyone have a medical background who can comment on this? also on a very similar note, someone told me coke hurts the nerves in your back too...?
anyone know anything about this?

I went out drinking last night and now i have a sore back.I didn't dance at all,yet i have a sore back. Conclusion : Alcohol = Sore back =spinal fluid being drained.
Oh, did i mention that i was sitting in a chair which supported my back like this with no cushioning-> |_ ?
Did i mention that i slept with my head twisted half way round,as if my back were a corkscrew? Did i mention that i walked for ages without stretching any muscles before hand?

Use your commmon sense people. Think about what you are asking and don't blame the drugs first and THEN ask for the reasons.
