thread says it all....if you subthreshold dose mdma and you were stupid and drunk and took a dab or three but still were under the mark of pscychoactivity (50-60mg) and you honestly did not feel a damn thing.....dose this mean you still have to wait a month/ does this compromise the quality of your next roll should you choose to exact it the following weekend with a proper dose (120mg). just curious, since i have done this stupidity before but the opportunity to roll never came around anyways till over a month later so i couldn't tell anyways whether i compromised it by the underdose

What do you mean by 1x per month? If you mean rolling every month, I'll say that isn't sustainable for very long. Doing so for more than a few months is likely to lead to losing the magic, or at least some tolerance. I think it's better not to roll more than a few times per year.

He means if you ingested the amounts he mentioned initially over the course of a night (50-60mg) and didn't feel a thing with regards to the MDMA's subjective desired effects, does this count towards the "once a month" rule of thumb - did it use that month's roll.

Sorry OP I can't answer the question properly, though obviously you can deduce yourself that it's best to err on the side of caution and count it anyway - worst case is that it "doesn't count" and your next roll may be that much better as a result.

Not sure why you would take an inactive amount of MDMA? If your dosing too small then tolerance will build - If you take 50 mg you 'may' not feel any effects but the next time your going to need 50g + to get 'there'. This depends on a lot of factors - body size, tolerance, perceived outcome, setting etc - small doses where you can feel them can be fun - but dosing too low is a waste.

I'd err on the side of caution and wait. Just because you didn't feel it doesn't mean it didn't go through your system and do it's thing.

Considering the main reason the one month guideline exists is because serotonin depletion takes a while to recover, I'd say you'd be alright. If the MDMA had caused serotonin depletion you'd have had the full experience. Considering you felt little, the serotonin release was probably minimal, and therefore you'd be ok to roll properly not long after.
