Low heartrate and BP after Meth and Adderal

I like to get a G of Meth about once a month to bang and smoke. I have a couple of strange symptoms with either ROA syarting with initial shot to last hit. My blood pressure and heartrate drop quite a bit. I have a naturaly low BP 80/55 and HR of 54 at rest. Never excercise and eat unhealthy .As soon as the CM hits me my Low BP sometimes causes me to pass out if I stand too quickly. I broke my wrist last night because of it. My heartrate drops to around 45. I tried Adderal one time and sniffed 340mg over about16 hrs (pure stupidity)and my heart dropped to 42bpm. That was my first and last Adderal binge.
With Meth being a CNS stimulant causing the body to go into overdrive with fast heartrates, higher BP, sweating from overheating and
the other joys, am I just one of wierd exceptions? A freak?
When I binge on Ritalin, 50mg injected is my starting dose, I get the fast heartrate, higher BP , overheating and non stop moving and talking that is expected. I can inject a healthy dose of CM, immediately take 10 hits from a pipe and sit on couch and watch tv. Just wanna beat off for 20hrs. I have no tolerance. Third time using CM.My buddies divided up the big bag equally so we all got the same quality. My buddies were flying high but I am just awake with a little buzz.
BTW, Coke has the typical stimulant effects on me.

Any thoughts?

Paradoxical effects...

They can and do happen. We can't tell you exactly what is going on.

Be careful if it was severe enough you could have went into circulatory collapse...
