Low dose of tramadol + snorting 30mg adderal?

Is this a big risk? It's been a couple hours since I took the tramadol. Still kind of feeling it but barely.

PS - not a recreational dose of tramadol, just one and another one an hour later for back pain.

50mg tramadol + 20mg Adderall XR gave me long term seizures. I wouldn't do it.
