Those days I found you
Angry
Sad
A stranger to life

And you fixed it
You gave me
The things I need
A way to survive
To thrive

A way to want
To be me
Have friends
Wake up
And want to enjoy the day

Education
Inspiration
Marked forever on my arm
So no matter how far I stray
You're always under my skin

These days are better
I find myself older
Less bloody
But no less grateful
For all these gifts

You seem to have a great grip of short powerful lines of poetry.
Alot of people think they have to be overly wordy to create good poetry.
Poets like yourself prove that short, punchy lines are just as strong.

So even if there are years in between, I will never forget what BL means to me. My first tattoo was for BL, I will always have a place in my heart for bluelight
