I am not sure where this would go. I'm new here. I use heroin and oxy ir. Morphine if there isn't anything. How do I know if these will effect my meds? I take an anti depressant, seizure medication (which comes up as a barb) and clonzepam. Which I won't take if I'm using heroin. Just took 75 mg. Of oxy, I was dope sick all day. Well thank you. I'm Not clear exactly what your asking, but I think I get the drift.
Talk to your physician and BE HONEST.
Help is available to opiate dependant people. The only one who can tell you with any degree of certainty what drugs to take is your doctor.

Can't really help unless you tell us exactly what anti-depressant it is, and exactly what seizure medication it is.

Do you have MS (multiple sclerosis)? If so talk to a doctor about medications you can take for it, or if the meds you are on are dangerous to combine with opiates.

Also be honest with your doctor about how you use and are addicted to opiates, and about any other drugs legal or illegal that you take.

I don't know if you have access, but medicmedical cannabis.... Even hemp based CBD tinctures could help, which are sold online legally, but pricey
