Lost in translation

I dont really know where to start.....I know thats original anyways in recovery very early stages not quite sure where to start where to go or wht to sy needless to say here I am seeking idk a little bit of reassurance in the decision for sobriety about 3 weeeks clean from about 2 yrs of NH abuse 5 yrs of oc percriptions.....and others that I will get to at some point in time well my toes in the water not quite ready to jump in yet help advice communication of any sort from someone whos been done this maybe simipar circumstances would be helpful
