loss and rage

its been 8 months
since my last tear hit the floor

but of course I cannot tell you this
an explanation doesnt hold the poison
that my rage feeds every word
so instead I yell and swear
and try to cry
but roar from the sheer frustration
when my eyes dont even tingle
One final outburst.

but you cannot take the pain.
You hang up the phone
and still my eyes are dry....
