So 6 years on, 6 months clean apr 8. My problem, when I quit the drugs I was ~238lbs I jumped up to 255lbs after quitting now I'm 225lbs. Why this is important is because I feel as though during the last 10lbs I have been re-dosed at times. Which shouldn't be possible, opiates aren't fat soluble but there is nothing more distinct than a morphine rush while laying in bed followed by wave of nausea. The bigger problem is I'm having trouble sleeping at night due to these intermittent waves of euphoric nausea and I've been returning to a state of depression I was in for the later 3 years of my addiction. I'm kinda lost, if this is normal or not, but it's been fairly frequent during the last month and I woke with the dry heaves this morning.

If this has to do with 6 years of stored fat and medication is there anything I can do or is my only solution to suffer through these waves or stay fat?

It sounds like you might want to get checked out by a doctor. Perhaps the depression is triggering really strong memories? What are you doing about the depression? Since you have both weight and mood issues, aerobic exercise would be the perfect treatment.

Well I most definitely get a lot of cardio. I am bipolar so the depression could be chalked up to that but random morphine rush followed by nausea is just... odd.
