I've been doing amps for about 2 years now. Started with vyvanse doing probably 60mg every other day or so. Then moved onto ice every weekend, then moved onto doing it thursday-monday for a awhile. Was forced to quit ice, and got put on ADD medication. I started to go crazy with paranoia lasting a few months thinking the world was going against me. Had a semi-seizure type experience on ice+ritilan+weed and was put into the hospital for check ups. They said I was fine, but in my drug induced state I became delusional thinking that I had already died in the seizure.

It's been a few months and that idea has faded, but when I take more than my prescribed dose (upwards to 100mg-140mg of vyvanse) and smoke weed or have a trigger it will come back, the same delusions. I also get paranoia about heart attacks which probably increases my chest pressure being all tense.

I've been taking about 100mgs of vyvanse for the past week, is this very damaging on my heart? I used to do about a .3-1.0 of ice regularly what is my tolerance like now? 8(

Yes, it's bad for you... not only bad for your mind but the elevated blood pressure and heart rate can lead to bad stuff like heart attacks and strokes.

It's related to dose and frequency. Most people who are concerned about heart problems are that way because they notice their heart racing/pumping strongly, or are getting palpitations. These aren't necessarily signs of damage, just signs that your heart is going 110%.

Increased blood pressure from amphetamine will lead to your arterial walls eventually weakening, which can cause heart attacks or strokes. Vasoconstriction in extremities (blood vessels constricting) can also happen, which in very severe cases can lead to gangrene. Amphetamine also increases core body temperature.

There are not really any safe drugs that will prevent amphetamine from raising your blood pressure. If you need something to help come down, try drugs like trazodone, risperidone, quetiapine (Seroquel), or benzos. (Avoid regular use of benzos, and if you need to take something to level you out every time you take speed... you're taking too much.)

The long and short of it is, if you think your heart is going too hard or too fast, you need to take less. And don't over exert yourself. Even though you may feel like it's OK to go all out and sprint like a madman, you can quite easily push your body to the breaking point.
