Lortab 10/500 APAP question..

So a buddy of mine gave me 50 lortabs 10/500's...an hour and a half ago I took 5 of them at once and waited another hour and took 5 more so total I took in 100mg hydrocodone and 5000mg Acetaminophen...my question is that since 4kapap is overdose a buddy told me will I still be fine since its only 1000mg over the "limit"? I am definitely feeling the hydro and also my whole body feels Very hot all over because I'm also sweating all over my body but I def feel the hydro high...can someone please help me and answer these questions because now I'm starting to worry because I'm sweating constantly just sitting here..thanks in advance I appreciate it very much..also I've heard of people intaking up to 8500mg APAP and still being fine
 
I would highly suggest looking up Cold water extraction (CWE). you should be fine, butdoing this can cause serious liver damage. Do NOT drink anything with alcohol or take any
More for 24hrs.
 
Jesus I thought I was crazy like they said don't do it again I did a few things like this a few years back I know what it feels like but I don't think i've taken that much at once you should be fine don't worry not a very good idea though have you done this before or taken hydrocodone before?
 
Yea I have I've done my share of oxy, methadone, and hydro as well...this time just worried me so much because of the constant sweating..what is the sweating caused by? I've never kept sweating and hadmy body feel this hot since I started taking opiates..
 
I've cwe'd plenty of times I was just in a hurry this time I couldn't wait the hour process.The only thing that's causing me to panic so much is just that my whole body feels so much hotter and the sweating also..that kind of eased me a bit when I saw someone here posted he took 9,000mgAPAP and didn't die
 
Also should I be eating or drinking water or any other fluids or is there any supplements or vitamins I should take that would help since I intook all 5000APAP within an hour? Much much thanks for your guys' help again..one last question...I'm very familiar with benzos but would taking a 2mg xan bar cause any harm?
 
lortabs are hyrdocodone if Im correct. Hydros can make you itch and sweat. Really seems dirty compared to the stronger opiates. A xanax would only make you feel better. You just done wanna take alcohol since its filtered by the liver, just like allthe tylenol you just ate.

Mixing the two makes for a painful time. 4000 mg is about the toxic rate for tylenol. Depending on how much youve ate your life you may be able to ingest as much as 10,000 and not be in any sort of pain. DONT DO THAT! Each time you do much more than 2000 it takes its toll on your liver.

CWE isyour best method in these instances for the future. Who wants to eat all that nasty shit if you dont have to :D
 
I was taking 8 Vicodin 7.5/750 mg/day for about 9 months. Piss turned the color of ice tea, liver enzymes were elevated but that is about it. So I was taking 6,000 mg of tylenol a day and it took 3 months for my liver enzymes to return back to normal. I'm fine. No damage. The liver is one organ that eventually repairs itself, even regrows itself when operated on. Worrying about taking a little too much tylenol, ONE TIME, seems ridiculous to me.
 
He should worry about taking that much Tylenol at one time, otherwise there's no point, at least from a harm reduction standpoint. Yeah, the 4 gram limit is sort of a guideline, but at the same time its not. Your liver might have been able to recover from such abuse, but the OP's may not.

If you want to take that much Vicodin, go for it, but do a CWE. Or don't take as much Vicodin.

Better safe than sorry, as K'd-OUT-in-AZ put it, you've only got one liver.
