loritab questions

Hey,
I can get my hand on some loritabs and wasnt too knowledgable about them and what they do. A friend has a full bottle and doesnt know what to do either. I know they are used for pain, and we are getting together this weekend to have some fun. So i had some basic questions, i tried searching other drugs and the archives, and didnt find any subjects about it so here i go.
What is a good dosage in mg? Are there any fillers like acetiminophen or other crap? We will be consuming some alcohol and maybe some pot as well, what kind of things should we pay attention to with dosing with both? Is it a good idea or no? Enhance the effects and make it better? Ive taken codiene and a few other weak ass painkillers, and some xanax, so im wondering what its like to. Just a euphoric pain killer that numbs you up and disconnects you? Or something different?
I hope someone can answer these questions or point me in the direction to look.
thanks

They are hydrocodone...
Are they blue?
Chances are, they are white and only 5 mg. , 7.5 mg at best...
3 or 4 of the five mgs. is a pleasant buzz, the 7.5's you'll only need a couple...
As far as apap, they do contain acetimenophen, the 5's have maybe...300mgs?
I know the 10's have 550mgs. in them so if that poses a problem be careful...
Don't snort them, chew 'em up and enjoy....Peace.

Whats the difference between colors? Are the blue ones better than the white ones? If so, do they just contain more drug than the white ones or a different drug?
Thanks for the reply

The colors don't really matter as there are SO many generics out there - a blue pill made by one company may be differn;t from a blue pill made by another company...
I find hydrocodone to be very enjoyable - about 30mg for a newbie and you're feeling DAMN good... ignore trippintrees - thats his opiinion but most will disagree ...
You get a very nice buzz, mellow and relaxed - it's very nice, you should enjoy it...

9 times out of 10 if it's a blue hydrocodone pill it is a 10 mg'er...
But PhreeX is right, it could be anything...

If my memory serves me, the brand name lortabs (BTW, if you spell it like that, you might get better search results. Just FYI) have are white with blue speckles, like Certs w/retsin. Also, some generic lortab 7.5's have the same appearence. Most of the 10's I have seen have a solid powder blue color, but I have seen a few white 10's. Just look at his bottle to find out the strength, assuming they are in the same bottle that they were dispensed in. Have fun, and if you are an opiate virgin, only take 10-15 mg, but if you don't know if you are allergic or not, you may want to take less than that. Also, I have found that pot masks and dirties the lovely effects of opiates, and you have to be careful mixing alcohol with them, because of the APAP in the lortabs. Also, alcohol is a dirty drug, where as hydrocodone is a clean one. I personally never mix opiates with anything else, but then again I am somewhat of an opiate purist.

Lortabs......not Loritabs..... are you hooked on phonics? Try google.com for your search next time. It is quite amazing. It even does spell check for you.

That is correct...
The 5's are white with red specks, the 7.5's are white with green specs, and the previous poster was correct about the 10's...

ENOUGH with this bitching about the color .. off hand I can think of about 7 companies that make a generic "Lortab" - the colors range ... if you're unsure go by the imprint code .. "Watson 50x" is the most common (the X = a number)
