Lorazepam Working Like a Stimulant?

WTF? I've tried about 8 different benzos and I just got hold of a few Ativans from a friend. I took 7mg and noticed that I got EXCITED, not sedated. Has anyone else experienced this with Lorazepam specifically. It's never happened to men on any other benzo.
 
Yes ativan does make me feel different to other benzos. Well I've only done Xanax and valium. Xanax had me very sloppy and blacked out considering the fact that I couldn't control my intake and drinking. Valium was the best for me because my knowledge and experience in benzos was way better by that time. I knew my limits with the drinking and dosing. No more than 20-30mg and I was good. Nice sedation with no anxiety.

Ativan on the other hand I had taken 6mg first time I did it. That was in school! I got double vision so bad and I was strangely awake AF! I was laughing at nothing and felt no sedation while awake. It was strangely stimulating but the blackout really fucked up the experience. I was doing a bunch of shit I wouldn't of normally done.

Interesting case. I snorted (yeah, gonna get shit for this) my first five 1mg tabs. It came on stronger and faster, and I would say it felt similar to one coming off a dexaphet binge. No real euphoric highs, but the energy of a stimulant.

I tried something different. I put 10 1mg lorazepam tab in shot class and filled it with water from a hole 3ml guage syringe. I waited for it to fully dissolve and then proceeded to fill up the whole gauge and squirt that shit up my nose. The trickle down the throat is nothing. It's not uncomfortable at all. Now I just have to wait to see if my water/lorazepam mixture -- a whole 10mg -- has any bonus effects.

I find if you break it up in to a fine powder and then snort it, a lot of the shit gets trapped in your nose. By adding liquid to the process you're essesentially by-passing that possible problem.

Has anyone else ever done this???
 
Yes, Lorazepam, similar to Ambien provides a mentally stimulating motivating effect for me as apposed to other benzoz, but this may be dose related as ativan is for mild anxiety but to allow you functional, at least it is for a family member who was prescribed it that way. Valium is by far this shittest benzo ever, zero euphoria, whereas xanax at least has a tiny bit. Ambien is the best, by miles.
