Disclaimer: This was stupid as fuck. I urge everyone not to repeat this. Do not mix booze and opiates, do not inject this much PG and Polysorbat 80 (Tween 80), do not take needles out of the trash can, just don't don't don't!! Had the loperamide been just a tad stronger I might've died in my sleep.
Ok so I came home drunk off my ass last night. This is always bad news when there are needles around which is why I usually break them all before throwing them away. Unfortunately I found some needles in my trash can, along with 2 sealed syringes and 0.2um filters.
So I sterilized the needles and went through my 'shitty pill' stash (mostly NSARs in there, but also old antidepressants, antihistamines etc.). I first injected 100mg diphenhydramine. By chance I stumbled upon 14 Loperamid caps... So here it goes.
I crushed the pills, added cold water, filtered and injected. Nothing to write home about. Some slight warmth maybe.
Frustrated, I figured it's not water soluble and proceeded to add some Propylene Glycol. Only that I reached for the Tween 80 instead (which can actually be used intravenously), doh! Unimpressed by my mistake I just poured some PG on top and more water. Filtration took forever, but I can be patient when I want to get high. The whole process took about 1h.
Since I only sucked half the liquid into the syringe, I decided to chug the rest of it down which probably contributed to the insanely long duration.
Here it goes. I injected about half the liquid which was all I could fit into the syringe (10ml lol). I got myself another butterfly and started injecting.
Wtf is this? I'm rushing. Next thing I know my head feels very warm, body itching all over (in a pleasant way). I go to the bathroom and found out my pupils were fully constricted. After that I went to bed and started nodding hard until the next morning!
What I found remarkable is that I was able to have an orgasm pretty easily (but less so than sober), while it is next to impossible for me on other opiates.
It has been 14h since I dosed and I am still nodding off while playing computer games. WTF?!?!?
But why did this work? Was it the booze increasing cell permeability? The Tween80 wrapping itself around the Loperamide making it hydrophilic? The Lamotrigin I am taking daily inhibiting p-GP? The diphenhydramine and booze just being very synergistic? I have no idea wtf happened, but I know I got stoned as fuck off this stuff. It might also be worthwhile to try complexing it with a cyclodextrine.
EDIT: I am 16 hours in and still going strong. Pupils still not dilating in the dark. Still itching. Just checked the half life and it's 7-14h, that almost (!) explains the long duration I guess. :D I was taking a walk and actually got a little sick, especially when I had to go up a staircase. Also, I feel stupid as fuck, I'm having a really hard time finding words and have lost my train of thought mid-sentence many times today. I actually stopped talking mid-sentence quite a few times...
At 17h I am still entering an instant nod when I lie down. Maybe it took a very long time to be entirely absorbed?
Anyway, I am quite impressed and might actually try this again, but only after doing an IPA extraction and only if the resulting product ends up having the expected weight (2mg per cap). I really wonder if the Tween 80 somehow contributed. I had never heard of the whole Lope/Tween thing and simply poured the Tween80 in accidentally, since it's in the same type of bottle as the PG and was sitting right next to it.
