So, how much Lope can one take to minimize WDs from a medium morphine habit and still stay safe? Mostly regarding heart side effects.
 
Thanks but I obviously meant much higher doses, maximum safest dose for a maximal WD relief. Google says cardiotoxic doses are 50mg and more, usually 100+
