What classes should I be taking now? I am working toward an Applied Sciences degree, but I'm sometimes confused as to what classes I should be occupying my time with.

Psychology to learn about the brain? Chemistry to learn about the make-up of drugs and chemicals? Anatomy? Biology? Math??

Being the drug enthusiast I am (no, not just taking them, I'm actually more interested in the way they work, and how they can help humans advance) I can't help but see how all these classes might help me better understand them.

Where do I start?? Can you have Psychopharmocology as a major? I am only 20 years old, and have only 45 credits towards my 90-credit transfer degree, so I have a lot of classes to take! Thanks for any suggestions/advice.

Like Jam said, you'd probably be better served by doing a search. I dunno, can you do psychopharm as a major? If your school has it as a major, then sure. Or, you can invent a major if your school lets you do that.

But even if you can't do a major specifically in that, a bio or chem major would serve you just as well for purposes of getting into a neuroscience or pharmacology graduate program (I assume this is your intention...)

At the very least, you're gonna need a year of gen bio, and a year of both gen and organic chem. Everybody wants to skimp on these, but it's a really bad idea.

Other than that, see what interesting Psych classes are offered. My school has a behavioral pharmacology class and a behavioral neuroscience class, Intro to Neuroscience I and II, Pharmacology, etc. The courses you want are often in various departments: bio, chem, psych, etc.

Good luck!

your best bet is a psychology degree, especially if they offer the behavioral neuroscience option. chem, o.chem, and biology are required, and the rest of the requirements are typically psychology classes.

talk to your advisor at school.
