Looking forward to reducing

Hiya all,

Just an update about my recovery.

I'm looking forward to starting my reduction in December as I've no cravings for codeine anymore. 2014 is going to be my year. I am going to break free of addiction for good n become me again.
I'm also going to stop taking my debit card with me so I can't spend money as easily.

2013 has been such a horrible year I want to see the end of it n looking forward to 2014 very much.

I hope that you are doing well with your recoveries. I'm here anytime if amyone feels they need to talk to someone.

I also want to say my thoughts n prays are with those people who have bush fires near them n pray that you're all safe n well.

That's great Evey yeah 2013 has been a horrible year for me as well due to my comedown and I am also looking forward to 2014. New life and new aspirations

I had a bad year too. A lot of things went well, some did not.

2013 has been one of the most challenging years I have had but I have to keep reminding myself that things could be far worse. It could be 2007/08 & that period is a time to never be repeated but always remembered.

I don't believe I have another rebuild left in me & if it ever gets that bad I draw strength knowing that I can stop the torment any time I like. Not that I am suicidal by any means. I have the power to stop this life if I choose & that does bring a measure of comfort.

To everyone struggling try & find something/anything to keep going a day at a time. Sobriety is a ongoing struggle for me & will always be.
