Heroin Looking for courage to star tomorrow

Hi
My last relapse was 4 months ago, and since then i'm smoking 1,5 grams a day of heroin. This week i will have many work to do, and i must be on my best self. It's maybe a bad week to start, but i have to do it, i can't take it anymore. I have 6 8mg Bupe pills. Hope i can find tomorrow the courage to take my first pill, be postponing for weeks since i grab hold of the pills.
Any advice? With a 4 months 1,5 gram a day habbit will i be near by best with bupe? Or 1,5 gram habit will not be painless with the 6 8mgs pills? I have to do it tomorrow, i have to take the pill, should i start with 8mg? After 12 hours do you think it's too soon to start taking it?

Start low(2mg) and work ya way until ya feel better. Allow an hour between doses to acclimate yourself and DO NOT TAKE IT UNTIL YOU ARE DOPE SICK IN WD's!! Best wishes, good luck man. I believe in you.
 
Hi, thanks :) I Used subutex once, and i didn't wait for WD and it went smooth, but my habbit was smaller, much smaller.. Should i wait to take the bupe when i start feeling sick or until i'm in full WD? My problem is that i when i start feeling sick, i'm afraid that the pill will not work, and i use that escuse always to go and buy H. Is the precipitated WD a given fact if taken too soon (12 hours after last dose, is when i start feeling something) or just a possibility?
 
It's a highly likely possibility, but you can take the bupe if you are sure you are starting to wd. You don't HAVE to be in full blown but it may work best for you if you are.. When I was a slave to that shit, I would take bupe as soon as I knew I was starting to WD. You'll be alright. Just don't over due the bupe, less is more.
 
Oh one more question, is it dangerous to take zolpidem with bupe, if i have trouble sleeping? I'm talking of a low dose (i have 4 10mg zolpidem pills).
 
OK, thanks a lot. Yes i will not over due, i just want enough to detox painlessly, and to not go noticed that i'm detoxing.. I will be with the girl i love many of this next days, and she thinks i'm clean for 4 months :\ And io have to be very alert, because i will be working in a kitchen and will drive a lot also

The ambien will be fine at night, once again don't over due it.. And there will be some discomfort when you completely come off all the opioids, it's to be expected just remember, you're worth much more then being a slave to drugs..
